Return and Exchange Policy

 We love our products and hope that you do too! If for any reason you feel that any of our Wee Urban products do not meet your expectations or the needs of your family, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange, following these guidelines:

  1. Products purchased directly by consumer from WeeUrban.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund unless they were sold as "final sale" items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  2. All returns/ exchanges must include proof of purchase.
  3. Please include your contact information (email, phone) in case we have a need to reach you about your return.
  4. Returns/exchanges must be received in new condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
  5. If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.
  6. All returns/exchanges must be received and processed at Wee Urban before a refund or exchange is approved.  Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective.  Defective products must be reported as soon as they are identified by the customer.  We WILL NOT offer a refund or exchange on products used for years. 
  7. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  8. Exchanges will be issued in the form of a store credit so you can shop and choose a replacement as your leisure.

All returns are subject to final approval from Wee Urban Customer Service Department. Once your refund or exchange is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as practical. If you are approved for an exchange, a store credit will be applied to your account.

That's it! Once the original item(s) are received at Wee Urban, we will credit your account the product cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

International Returns

We cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a store credit and place a new order online for your desired product. We will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise minus any import tariffs, duties, and taxes. International returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law. Additionally, we cannot refund the original international shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any other charges incurred.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than WeeUrban.com

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please return item(s) directly to the place of purchase and follow their specific return and exchange policies.

Wee Urban does not support purchases made from eBay or any unauthorized retailer.

Shipping

Wee Urban is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
